By using this AI chat assistant ("Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Service.

This AI chat assistant is provided by The Bubble Room LLC ("The Bubble Room") and developed by Cullari & Wardell LLC ("Developer"). The Service is powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology.

2. Nature of Service

This Service is an automated AI assistant designed to provide general information only about The Bubble Room's laundry services. The AI is not a licensed professional, legal advisor, or official representative. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

3. No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BUBBLE ROOM LLC, CULLARI & WARDELL LLC, THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or inability to use this Service
• Any information provided by this AI assistant
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on AI responses
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any third-party conduct or content

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Bubble Room LLC, Cullari & Wardell LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of this Service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
